How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made to order by myself, and I ask for up two weeks to create the piece, although I will finish it as quickly as I can! Once created, I ship immediately. You can track your order via the tracking number sent to your email.

Do you do custom orders?

I do! Just visit the "contact" form and send me a message on what you're looking for and I would love to create something special for you!

Do you ship internationally?

No, not yet unfortunately. I have plans to start shipping internationally in the future. Check my instagram for updates, that will be the first place I notify when I do start.

Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

This is up to your discretion. I use hypoallergenic gold and silver plated metal. If you have extra sensitive skin, reach out via the contact form and tell me what you're looking for. I will do my best to accomodate and create a piece that is comfortable for you!

What if my order is delayed?

Delays happen. If this happens on my end I will reach out. After the allotted two weeks, if you still do not have a tracking update, please reach out via the contact form.

How do I preserve my jewelry?

Please visit the "Jewelry Care" page for tips on how to make your accessory last! I use tarnish-resistant wire, but it is important to know how to care for it.

Refunds

Generally, I do not offer refunds. If something is wrong with your order, please contact me and I will do what I can to rectify the situation. For unique circumstances, I will work with you and we can figure something out!
